ANNOUNCEMENT

Pursuant to the provisions of Law 3864/2010, as amended, National Bank of Greece announces that as at 30 April 2014 the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) held 2,022,323,827 registered voting shares, i.e. 84.376% of the Bank's total share capital.
