The companies FHL H. Kyriakidis Marbles - Granites S.A. (“FHL”) and Mermeren Kombinat A.D. Prilep (“MERMEREN”)", jointly announce that they have entered into a non-exclusive agency agreement, the purpose of which is to promote MERMEREN's Sivec brand and products until 31 March 2014.  Pursuant to this Agreement FHL will have the right to purchase 25% of Sivec products extracted by MERMEREN.

 This agreement, forms part of the amicable settlement reached by the two companies relating to their dispute, which had been brought before an international arbitral tribunal.

The two companies, after the settlement of their dispute, aspire to a harmonious co-operation.
