Regarding an article by newspaper “Naftemporiki” of 17.02.2012, which mentioned that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between “Hellenic Fabrics S.A.” and LEAD Finance, the company's Administration announces the following:

The company has not signed a Memorandum of Understanding or any other relative document with LEAD Finance. As already announced in the past, is in continuing negotiations with the potential investor which is represented in Greece by LEAD Finance, in order to have a positive outcome as soon as possible.

The company will revert in case of concrete and announceable results.
