The company "METAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE SA (METKA) "announces the sale and transfer on the August 25, 2014, of the total shares held to the company called" EKME SA STEEL, ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL TRADING COMPANY " distinctive title" EKME SA "(hereafter the "EKME"),three million five hundred thirty-three thousand two hundred twenty (3,533,220) shares of a par value of one euro and twenty cents (1,20 €), which corresponds to 40% of the share capital of EKME , to the purchasing company called «ALTAFINA INVESTMENTS LTD» for the sum of eight million euros (8.000.000 €). This transaction will not result in a substantial change to annual company and consolidated financial statements of METKA.
