IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces to the investors that made ​​the transfer of 100% of shares of the company AIOLIKI MAYROLITHARO SA, to the subsidiary company  IDEI SA (which owns 100%), with total cost  60,000 euros .
Accordingly, the company transferred to IDEI SA, 100% of the shares of the company AIOLIKI MEGA ISOMA with total amount of 300,000 euros.
These transfers were made for purely organizational reasons.
