MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. informs investors and shareholders that, pursuant to Decision no. 2025/14 Sxet. 19174/01.08.2014 of the Deputy Head of the Region of Attica / Regional Division of Northern Athens, registered in the General Commercial Register (GEMI) on 01.08.2014 and duly notified by the announcement under ref. no. 108715/25.08.2014 of the competent Directorate of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the amendment of the corporate name and distinctive title of its subsidiary “ALUMINIUM SOCIETE ANONYME” was approved. The company has reinstated its historical corporate name, “ALUMINIUM OF GREECE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SOCIETE ANONYME", and the corresponding distinctive title “ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A.”
