("FORTHnet") through three different brokerage firms. Each firm bid for the entire auctionnable block of 700,000 shares, owned by ISONET Societe Anonyme of Information and Telecommunications Systems and Services. As a result of such auction Novator Equities Ltd beneficially owns 4,434,224 shares with voting rights representing 26.313% of the share capital of FORTHnet.
