According to article 8 of Conduct Regulation of Listed Companies (Decision 5/204/14-11-2000) of HCMC BoD, the Company announces that Nikos Zervas was appointed Finance Director on 1.11.2005, reporting directly to Loukas Petkidis, who was promoted to Group Finance and Operations Director. Mr. Zervas has graduated from the Economics Department of the University of Pireaus and is a holder of a post-graduate degree (MSc) from the University of Southampton.
