BVIC Group is pleased to announce that it has received EUR 20 million from Ethniki Leasing. The Group has signed a 12-year sale and leaseback agreement for 54% of the 8,800 sqm retail development at 49 Kifissias Avenue. The contract covers the 4,758 sqm of retail space and 1,342 sqm of storage space that has been leased to Media Markt for 12 years. This sale and leaseback agreement reaffirms BVIC's strong ability to raise finance, as well as the confidence placed by major financial institutions in the quality of the Group's projects, and the secure leasing agreements it obtains.
