The Board of Directors of ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A. has decided, after taking into consideration the recommendations of its advisors Bank of America and HVS with respect to the evaluation of indicative proposals submitted by eleven (11) prequalified parties, to select four (4) candidates that will advance to the final stage of the process. This stage will involve the submission of binding proposals.
