COSMOTE and its subsidiary Albanian Mobile Communications Sh.a (AMC) signed today in Tirana an agreement for the granting of a loan to COSMOTE for an amount of up to Euro 50 million which will be used to finance the company's working capital requirements (the loan structure was chosen as a simpler financing means over the issuance of a bond that was originally decided on September 1st, 2005). The seven-year Loan agreement provides COSMOTE the right to drawdown the full amount of the loan until September 30th, 2006. It is reminded that since July 2005 and up to September 2005, COSMOTE issued three bonds, for a total value of Euro 990 million that were fully subscribed by OTE plc.
