AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. announces that, following the decision of its BoD dated December 21, 2005, it will participate in the share capital increase of its subsidiary company ATE LEASING S.A. The aforementioned capital increase amounts to EUR 41.2 million.
