Response to the question raised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission

In response to the question raised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission with protocol number 81/05.01.2012 and following company's announcement dated 04.01.2012 as regards the acquisition of a 70% stake of THERMOLITH S.A. by the subsidiary company AEIFOROS S.A., we inform that the price of the aforementioned acquisition stood at € 1.5 mil., payable over 5 years. THERMOLITH S.A. will be fully consolidated in the annual financial statements of SIDENOR Group.
