In compliance to article 3 of decision 3/348/19-7-2005 of the Capital Market Committee's board meeting, the Agricultural Bank of Greece would like to make known that it refutes recent media releases referring to rumors regarding a capital return to its shareholders. The Agricultural Bank of Greece would like to inform the public and the investors that there is no recommendation or decision of the Bank's management in relation to the above issue.
