Alumil administration, according to the decision of the Company's Board of Directors on 25/1/2012, announces that it will merge its subsidiary ALUFIL S.A. ALUMIL currently holds 100% of the subsidiary's shares. The merger –by acquisition- will proceed in accordance with article 78 in conjunction with articles 69-77, of Law 2190/20, the group aims to lower operating costs and more efficient logistics.

The conclusion of the merger is subject to all necessary corporate decisions (a draft merger agreement, decisions by corporate bodies) from participating companies, to compliance with legal formalities and necessary approvals.
