The company announces that in order for the renewal of its collateral account contract between the company and COMMERCIAL BANK OF GREECE which amounts at 250,000, 300,000 shares were pledged in favor of COMMERCIAL BANK of GREECE, which correspond to the 5.0% of the share capital of the company EUROBROKERS S.A.
