FRIGOGLASS Group published FY05 results on February 24, 2006. We inform you that according to the joint resolution of The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Development (at 10, January, 2006 Α.Π. /172) we have published new summary financial statements, according to the samples given in the regulations of paragraph 4 of the article 135 of the law K.N. 2190/1920, on our website and the website of the ATHEX as we have not incorporated the changes in our previous publication.

In addition, FRIGOGLASS announces that the BoD proposes Euro 0.20 DPS for FY2005, pending for approval at the company's Annual General Meeting on June 9, 2006.
