EGNATIA BANK S.A.'s management firmly denies the allegations made in the "Investor's World" (O Cosmos tou Ependiti) newspaper published on 21.01.2006 whereby it is falsely stated that the Bank has binding offers with regard to the buyout of Egnatia Bank shares and in which a totally fabricated offer price per share is mentioned.
