In response to a question from Athens Exchange regarding the publication of the newspaper “KERDOS” on 12.01.2012, which referred to a possible participation of an American investment fund to “Hellenic Fabrics S.A” capital, the company's Administration announces the following:

Hellenic Fabrics has already announced on 13.12.2011 that has been for some time in the process of seeking new sources of capital that will support its working capital and its development strategy financial needs, and that one of the many contacts that the company has had, has turned to interest for investing in the company in the form of participation in a future share capital increase.

The negotiation for reaching an agreement with the potential investor, which is represented in Greece by LEAD Finance, is still in progress and the company will proceed in a formal announcement in case of concrete results.
