We inform you that on 27.1.2006 SATO S.A. purchased shares representing 4,53 % of the capital share of its subsidiary SATO Office GmbH. Following the above purchase under the purchasing price of 44.050 euros the equity share that SATO SA holds on SATO Office GmbH was increased from 95,47% to 100%.
