According to article 282 of the Athens' Stock Exchange Regulation, COSMOTE announces that on Thursday 13.04.2006, "Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation S.A." (OTE) notified "COSMOTE MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS S.A." (COSMOTE) that following a transaction on 12.04.2006, OTE's stake in COSMOTE's share capital rose from 66.54% to 66.723%, owning now over the 2/3 of COSMOTE's share capital.
