The Board of Directors of Lambrakis Press SA convened ad-hoc on the grievous announcement of the passing away of its member Leon V. Karapanayiotis, journalist and publisher of the newspaper TA NEA and considering his fifty years of exceptional contribution to Lambrakis Press, the Greek journalism and the public life of the country resolved to:

1. Make various donations to charity in his memory
2. Keep the offices of the Lambrakis Press closed during the funeral ceremony
3. Express their deepest condolences to the family of the deceased
4. Have this resolution published
