The Company wishes to inform the ASE and the investment community about its intention to hold the Annual General Assembly of its Shareholders, on May 31, 2006.

The proposed ex dividend date will be Monday, June 19 while the payment of the dividend for the fiscal year 2005 through the branches of a bank is expected to begin on Tuesday, June 27. A new announcement will follow which will clarify the bank which will handle the payment of the dividend. The Company published it Annual Financial Statements on a parent and on a consolidated basis on February 24, 2006 while the Company will hold its annual presentation to analysts on Tuesday, March 7, 2006. The Company makes this announcement in full compliance with the New Regulation of the Athens Exchange and in particular with article 275, paragraph 9c and article 292, paragraph 1b regarding "obligations for announcements".
