As in previous corporate announcements, the Management of EGNATIA BANK S.A. insists that in relation to scenarios, that appear daily in the Press, concerning strategic collaborations with other Greek or foreign banks, there has been no agreement or pre-agreement whatsoever with any strategic investor. If such an agreement occurs in the future, the Management of Egnatia Bank will promptly inform investors, as the law stipulates.
