According to the Legislation of the HCMC, GERMANOS SA announces today 9th February 2006 that it has completed the sale of GERMANOS SA stakeholding of 20% in SILKWAY HOLDING BV (It is reminded that SILKWAY HOLDING owns 100% of Unitel LLC in Uzbekistan) to the buying company Vimpel- Communications. The cost for the 100% of Silkway Holding was US$200 mil plus assumption of estimated net debt of US$13.4mil.
