Pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Bank, the Senior Manager, Mr. Spiros A. Andronikakis is appointed General Manager and Chief Credit Officer, and the Senior Manager, Mr. Vassilios E. Psaltis, is appointed General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.
