Conforming to article 276 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and decision nr 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Capital Market Committee's BOD, METAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE S.A. announces that transferred on 29.12.2005 an equity percentage of the companies listed as follows:

1. Thirty three thousand three hundred and fifty nine (33.359) nominal shares of the company "GREEK VEHICLE INDUSTRY S.A.", which amount to a 12.94% of its equity capital.
2. Ninety four thousand three hundred and eighty (94.380) nominal shares of the company "MYTILINEOS POWER GENERATION & SUPPLY S.A.", which amount to a 33% of its equity capital.
3. One million and eighty (1.000.080) nominal shares of the company "MYTILINEOS HELLENIC WIND POWER S.A.", which amount to a 24% of its equity capital.
4. Thirty three thousand and six hundred (33.600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI SIDIROKASTROU S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
5. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI ANDROU TSIROVLIDI S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
6. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI ANDROU XIROKAMPI S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
7. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI EVIAS DIAKOFTIS S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
8. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI EVIAS HELONA S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
9. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI EVIAS PYRGOS S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
10. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI EVIAS POUNTA S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
11. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "AIOLIKI SAMOTHRAKIS S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
12. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "METKA AIOLIKA PLATANOU S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.
13. Six hundred (600) nominal shares of the company "MYTILINEOS AIOLIKI NEAPOLEOS S.A.", which amount to a 1% of its equity capital.

The Company transferred the above shares to its parent company "MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.", in line both with a general strategy for the latter to become the main shareholder (holding company) and, thus, manager of the Group companies, and the above mentioned decision of the General Assembly which was taken during the 23.5.2005 session of the parent company.

"METAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE S.A." also announces that on the 29th of December 2005 acquired from its parent company "MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A." all shares of the company "ELEMKA - Technical, Constructing, Tourist, and Commercial Company S.A." which were in the parent company's possession that is, three hundred and six (3.006) nominal shares, which amount to a 83.50% of its equity capital. This was done in the context of the Group's general restructure, and due to ELEMKA's more related object and activit ies with the Company.
