The Company announces that on January 10, 2006, after the passing away of Leon V. Karapanayiotis, Executive Member of the Board of Directors, Vice President of Executive Committee of the Company and Publisher of the newspaper TA NEA, the Board of Directors decided to appoint in his position Mr. Pantelis I. Kapsis as new Executive Member of the Board of Directors. The new composition of the company's Board of Directors is the following:

3. Eleni N. Glykatzi Ahrweiler Independent - Non Executive Member
