The process of the share capital increase in subsidiary ALUSIS S.A. with the participation of the parent Company ALUMIL S.A. has been completed.

ALUMIL S.A. assumed 8.823 new ordinary shares of ALUSIS S.A. for the amount of € 264.690.

The aforementioned share capital increase resulted in the following shareholding structure of ALUSIS S.A. a) ALUMIL now holds 75% and b) Christos Evangelopoulos holds 25%.

 ALUSIS's share capital after the increase reaches € 459.000 divided into 15.300 shares at € 30 each.

Subsidiary ALOUSYS S.A. in trading mechanisms and aluminum accessories.
