ASPIS BANK ATE informs its shareholders that, in accordance with the Decision 1/380/4.5.2006 issued by the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, as well as L. 3371/2005 (art. 53 par.2), regarding the sale of registered shares which have not been deposited for dematerialization through the ATHEX, they should deliver the Depository Documents along with their complete data to the Bank (information on the Shares and the Securities' account held with the System of Dematerialized Securities) until 14-7-2006, in order to be dematerialized. After the above date registered securities that will not have been deposited to our Bank, will be sold through the ATHEX, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned decision, free of any burden and right. The product of the sale will be deposited to the Deposit and Loans Fund and will be at the disposal of the beneficiary shareholders for collection.
