Pursuant to a recent decision of its Board of Directors, ASPIS BANK SA announces that its Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on May 3, 2006 instead of May 10, 2006, as was initially scheduled pursuant to the announcement released on 27/02/2006 regarding its plan of intended corporate actions for 2006.
