The above company's participation in the total voting rights of EGNATIA BANK S.A. has reached 40.66% (40.63% directly - 0.03% indirectly) from 38.65% (38.62% directly - 0.03% indirectly), representing 37,886,492 shares with voting rights (37,855,705 directly - 30,787 indirectly) from 36,013,084 (35,982,297 directly - 30,787 indirectly), whereas the above company's total participation in EGNATIA BANK's share capital is now 36.34% (36.31% directly - 0.03% indirectly) compared to 34.54% (34.51% directly - 0.03% indirectly) previously. Furthermore, in accordance with Marfin Financial Group S.A.'s announcement, the indirect participation pertains to the corporate entity "Investment Bank S.A." which is controlled by Marfin Financial Group S.A. and the date of the transaction was 09th May 2006.
