We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of ΑLUMINUM OF GREECE S.A. which took place on May 16 2006, decided as follows:
Α. Dividend payment of Euro 0,60 per share for fiscal period 01/01/2005-31/12/2005
Β. Beneficiaries of the dividend shall be those who owned shares of the company on Wednesday 17/05/2006 after the clearance of the day's transactions. From Thursday 18/05/06 and on, the share shall be negotiated without a dividend right.
The Company shall come back with an announcement concerning the way of payment of the dividend.
