COSMOTE announces that its Board of Directors approved today the issuance of a short term bond loan of euro 160 million, which will be fully subscribed by OTE?s subsidiary company OTE plc and will be used for COSMOTE's financial requirements. Following the issuance of this bond COSMOTE ? MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A.?s total debt will reach approximately euro 1.2 billion.
