We would like to inform you that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of METAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE S.A. - "METKA" that was held on 16th May 2006 decided as follows:
Α. To pay a dividend of euro 0.30 per share for the fiscal year 01/01/2005-31/12/2005
Β. The shareholders entitled to receive the dividend are those holding shares of the company on Wednesday 17/05/2006 upon settlement of this day's transactions.
From 18/05/2006, Thursday, the share will be traded ex-dividend.
The Company will make a new announcement regarding the dividend's way of payment.
