Based on the April 3rd 2006 decision of the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchange, moving the shares of Proton Investment Bank S.A. to trade in the Large Capitalization Index, Proton announces that as of today, May 19th 2006, Omega Bank ceases to act as a Sponsor to the company shares.
