NIREUS S.A., announces the change of its registered offices upon decision of its Annual General Assembly held on May 22, 2006. More specifically, its registered offices are transferred from the Municipality of Kardamyla -Chios Isl., to the Municipality of Kampohora - Chios Isl., followed by the subsequent amendment of article 2 of the company statute. The transfer will facilitate the company's business, since its offices will now be registered at the same municipality were its factories are.
