In answer to your letter no. 2011/16.05.06 re question raised by our shareholder Mrs Christina Lambropoulou, please note the following: 1. The estimated investment for the construction of the building known as "The HIRS ARCADE" is 15 mln euro. This information is included in the prospectus drawn up for the increase in share capital of Notos Com Holdings SA, for the purpose of merging through absorption of subsidiary AIAKOS SA, under the section entitled "Investment Program" (paragraph 3.11.1). Your Board of Directors was officially notified of the contents of the prospectus during its Meeting of 29.12.2005, while the full text appears on our company's website. 2. The rent for the building is 3,080,000 per year, with inflationary adjustment. This information was notified to yourselves on 23.05.2005 in answer to a related question you posed with your letter no. 2487/20.05.2005. 3. The rent payable to us by PUBLIC WORLD for sub-letting part of the building is 34.24% of the total rent.
Regarding the publication in the financial newspaper ISOTIMIA of 1-2/04/2006, please note:
1. Companies of the Hondos group submit their orders to us as they judge best and in accordance to their needs. They continue to be our largest client in the cosmetics sector.
2. We have delivered an extra-judicial document to the companies of the Hondos Group which describes their obligations to our company given the prominent position they control in the retail of cosmetics.
3. We have exchanged extra-judicial documents and subsequently officially submitted documentation for consideration by the Commission for Competition against the suppliers of cosmetics to our department stores, charging them with orchestrated behavior and an attempt to fix prices.
