In relation to our response dated February 7th 2006 to your letter with Ref.No. 538, regarding the article published in the newspaper "The Investor's World", according to which GERMANOS S.A. is alleged to be planning an announcement in the forthcoming days for the sale of its participation in HDFS, GERMANOS management states that it is not currently under any negotiations that would constitute "inside information", as described in L.3340/2005.
