Proton Investment Bank S.A. hereby announces that Mr. Theodoros P. Mylonas resigned from being a Member of the Board and Deputy Managing Director of the bank, in order to accept the position of Managing Director of Omega Bank. It is noted that the merger process between the two banks is proceeding as scheduled.
