ASPIS BANK ATE informs its shareholders that, in accordance with the amendment of the Decision 1/380/4.5.2006 issued by the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission "Sale of registered shares which have not been deposited for dematerialization", the delivery period of the Depositary Documents in order to be dematerialized is extended until 30.10.2006. Therefore the date of 14.07.2006, set as the deadline of delivery of the Depositary Documents, according to the Bank's announcement of 19.06.2006, is not applicable. After the above date, i.e. the 30.10.2006, registered securities that will not have been deposited to our Bank, will be sold through the ATHEX, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned decision, free of any burden and right. The product of the sale will be deposited to the Consignments and Loans Fund and will be at the disposal of the beneficiary shareholders for collection.
