The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. and its subsidiaries CHEMICAL INNOVATIONS S.A. and LAMDA LAMDA S.A. announced that they proceeded with the issue of three common syndicated loans with a view to restructure its existing borrowings from short-term to long-term. More specifically:
Α) NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., signed a contract with EMPORIKI BANK S.A. for a 5-year syndicated loan of 5,000,000 euro.
Β) The subsidiary of NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. with the corporate name CHEMICAL INNOVATIONS S.A. signed a contract with EMPORIKI BANK S.A. for a 5-year syndicated loan of 10,000,000 euro.
C) The subsidiary of NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. with the corporate name LAMDA LAMDA S.A. signed a contract with ASPIS BANK S.A. for a 5 year syndicated loan of 2,500,000 euro.
