ΑGΕΤ ΗERACLES announces that, after exercising its right of pre-emption, it participated in the share capital increase of its non-listed subsidiary company "LAFARGE BETON SA", against cash contribution of 24.000.000,00 Euro, which corresponds to 20.338.983 newly issued registered shares, of nominal value 1,18 Euro each. The rest of the shareholders did not exercise their right of pre-emption. Thus, after the completion of the share capital increase, the share capital of the company will amount to 60.892.623,30 Euro divided into 51.603.918 registered shares of nominal value 1,18 Euro each.
