ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. (ATTICA) hereby announces that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. (MIG) paid on 19.12.2011 in advance of the share capital increase of ATTICA the amount of 7,000,000.20 EUR which corresponds to 23,333,334 new shares of  ATTICA pursuant to current legislation. The above mentioned amount corresponds to part of the existing direct and indirect shareholding of MIG in ATTICA.
