Proton Investment Bank S.A. announces that the scheduled analysts meeting is postponed to June 8th, 2006 instead of May 16th, 2006, due to the expected announcement of the Draft Merger Contract with Omega Bank and Proton Securities S.A. and the announcement of the Financial Statements that will take place by the end of May 2006.
