In response to the letter as of 16/01/2006 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Reg. No. 162, regarding the article with the title "Regarding Neochimiki and Droukfarben" published in the newspaper AXIA as of 14,15/01/2006 and within the framework of article 2 of the Decision No 5/204/2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, of Law 3340/2005 and of article 276 of the ATHEX Regulation, NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. announces the following :
