DELTA HOLDING S.A.. (the Company) announces that on June 26th, the Competition Committee advised it on the clearance of the acquisition by DELTA Group of the Industrial Milk Production Sector of NESTLE Hellas S.A. in Platy - Imathia along with the brand VLACHAS owned by the NESTLE Group. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of July whereupon the Company will make relevant announcement.
