According to the Law 3340/2005 and the article 2 of the decision 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Capital Market Commission, INTRALOT notifies that on 30/6/2006 it sold 9.500 registered shares of the limited liability company that is based in Paiania, Attica "INTRADEVELOPMENT SOCIETE ANONYME - REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT" under the distinctive title "INTRADEVELOPMENT" to the company INTRAKAT S.A. The shares sold represent 47.5% of the share capital of the company, which are the total holdings of INTRALOT in this company. The value of the transaction was Euro 279.775,00.
