ANNOUNCEMENT

Following the announcement (ref. number: 19346/12.11.2013) dated November 12, 2013, effected by Viohalco Hellenic Copper and Aluminium Industry S.A. (hereinafter "the Company"), as modified by the announcement dated November 22, 2013 (ref. number: 19969/22.11.2013), Viohalco SA/NV, through its branch office in Greece, announces to the public that on 2nd December 2013 the Company was deregistered from the General Commercial Registry (GEMI) and subsequently, the relevant certificate of deregistration of the Company from the GEMI (ref. number.: K2-7159/2.12.2013)  was submitted to the Hellenic Exchanges S.A. for the purpose of delisting of the Company's shares from the Athens Exchange. The shares of the Company will be extracted from ATHEX trading systems after the end of today's trading session.
