Announcement in accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) Greek Law 3461/2006

 In accordance with article 24, par.2 (a) and (b) of Greek Law 3461/2006, Mr. Nikolaos Lykos and the controlled by him company “LYKOS AG” (the “Offeror”) declare that on 12.12.2013, the Offeror acquired totally 133.540 ordinary registered shares of the company “INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.” (the “Company”) against € 1,50 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 17.12.2013. Following these transactions, the total percentage of Company's voting rights amounted for Mr. Nikolaos Lykos to 56,81% from 56,161% and for the Offeror to 3,019% from 2,370%, at 11.12.2013.
